   • Continuous checks on every code change now generate the framework types before type-checking, so they match the local build.

   2026.09.11 — Critical items, health checks and error monitoring

   • Checklist items can be marked Critical in the template; the VAR TG can flag an item as an Issue with a remark, and admins are alerted at once.
   • Critical items still open 60 minutes before kick-off alert the admins.
   • Health endpoint and error monitoring for the operations team; continuous checks on every code change.
